Designing A Navy/Ship • FREMM EVO

So I've been looking at the renders of Ficantieri's new AAW version of the FREMM, and it looks like they have done a good job of incorporating the dual band radar from the PPA while keeping most of the rest of the ship intact.  It strikes me as what the US should have come up with for the Constellation class, and perhaps what they might have produced had the navy not tried to shoe horn Aegis into that hull.  I haven't seen any specs yet, and the devil is surely in the details.

Thoughts?
