Battleship Vs Battleship • German Burster Weights

I want to ask our German-speaking friends about the burster weights given in the "Merkbuch über die Munition" (M.Dv.Nr. 170,xx) series and other Kriegsmarine documents.  The burster weights are given in a column titled as Gesamtgewicht (reiner Sprengstoff) [basically total burster weight and (pure explosive weight)].  The two weights (in kg) given for each projectile are shown such as 17,568 (16,718).

This is my understanding of these terms:

Gesamtgewicht is the weight of the explosive material plus the paper and cardboard packaging material that holds it, but does not include the weight of the Holzspitze (wood block) should one be present.

Reiner Sprengstoff is the weight of the actual explosive including any beeswax used as a desensitizer - such as used in FP 10 or FP 15.

Is this correct?

Thank you,
Tony D.
