Designing A Navy/Ship • This question is more about the capabilities of 1920's shipbuilding

Say a complete set of builders prints, equipment listing, technical specs etc... for construction of USS John F. Kennedy (CV 67) were magically transported to the US Navy planning yard in 1920. No other information unrelated to building the ship itself.

What would the naval architects, engineers and associated industries of the day be able to do with such advanced design information over, say, the next 5 - 10 years.

Please feel free to substitute other countries planning yards if you prefer.
