The Anti-Submarine Warfare Frigate (ASWF) are currently nuder construction to replace the existing M class frigates in those navies (2 each).

What is the opinion on these ships ?

The Dutch ships will operate alongside 4 Dutch built  AA defence frigates

Strangely enough the Belgian ships will cost only 1/2 of the Dutch ones......but I dod no find any differnce in armament or sensors.

I guess putting modern RC 40mm OTO guns on these ships forward and aft (B and X positions) is a useful addition in the light of modern drone warfare.
