The Politics Of War • All this talk about the 14th Amendment, what about the 25th?

Now that the Justice Department has officially ruled what anyone with a brain already knows - Biden has declined mentally to the point his is not fit to be president - will section 4 of the 25th Amendment be invoked by congress or the Administration itself?  I had never read in detail who or how that determination is made and was surprised by how the determination is pretty wide open.  I look for it to be invoked as soon as Trump is elected.

Section 4.

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

So the officers of the administration may remove the president or congress may do so.  It almost sounds like a coup if done solely at the exec level.  The only thing preventing the democrats from doing it in the second half the Trump Administration is the fact it takes 2/3s vote in both the House and Senate.
