While going through the papers of Vice-Admiral John Harper of "Harper Record" fame this week I found a copy of an August 1916 report on German warships in the aftermath of Jutland by an officer named Georg Schindler. It also examines other aspects of the German Navy. It's so interesting I typed it up and put it on The Dreadnought Project. Harper also had a copy of the Colloredo-Mansfeld report, which complements this one.
