It has been known for some time that Beglium would delvier F-16's to Ukraine. Today an offical MOD communication has stipulated that:
1. 30 planes in total are prepared for delivery with the last arriving before 2028.
2. The first planes, an undisclosed number, will be delivered before the end of the year, some are now in Denmark for training Ukrainan pilots.
3. A large part of the current Belgian AF ammunition stockpiles will be delivered to Ukraine to arm these planes.
4. Caveat: these planes are not up to the task of facing the latest Russian AD/fighters (this is a note by a military specialist who knows these planes, not an offiial MOD one)
