- whether you have two whole/functioning arms or only 1 should not be a factor
- even if a link might be made between depression & a recent abortion or failed pregnancy, a) that should be something shared by a psychiatrist (not an OB/GYN), b) pretty sure there's no law that says "no one with potential depression is allowed to own a firearm" (& said law would not survive a court challenge), & c) unless every therapist, psychologist, & psychiatrist is providing that information on every patient with depression that applies for a background check, it's discriminatory & exclusionary.
