The European Navies • What are the Russians doing with a "specialist salvage ship" over the recently sunk ship, Ursa Major?

The Ursa Major, if you remember, was running around the Mediterranean near Spain, when somebody helped out international authorities by sending her and her criminal cargo to the bottom.

Another Russian ship, Yantar, also engaged in criminality, has assumed position over the Ursa Major. Presumably, the Russians might be interested in the Ursa Major's accident. They might wish to investigate.   

Being the happy, naive' American that I am, I wonder what crimes the Russian gangster regime seeks to cover up? 

Now, at TIMESTAMP: 4:30, there is a rat-bastard gangster that Yantar picked up in Algiers. Who is that rat-bastard gangster, you might ask?

The sunken cargo ship was reportedly transporting reactor hatches for the Lider nuclear icebreaker and parts for port cranes. However, open source intelligence (OSINT) analysts speculate that the vessel was heading to the Syrian port of Tartus, from which Russia has been evacuating military equipment following the fall of the Assad regime. Another Oboronlogistika cargo ship, the Sparta, was trailing the Ursa Major by a day. The Sparta has been drifting 16 nautical miles off Tartus without permission to enter the port since Jan. 5.

Not only has the Russian nuclear icebreaker been delayed (A good thing.), but something intended for Syria, was interrupted precisely when it was advantageous for certain nations for the Russians to be Run Out Of Dodge with lots of their key stuff trapped and captured for examination.

The Russians are obviously out there to cover up their crimes. I suppose, that like H.L. Sutton, I wonder who got there "first".
